Generally, the answer is no.
If you have a preferred AV team and want to use the same AV technicians, it may be possible to share AV equipment if it meets the venue’s requirements. This ensures a dependable experience and reduces unexpected costs. To achieve the best results, involve your trusted AV company early in the venue booking process.

DO YOU DO SITE INSPECTIONS?
Yes. For most events, we recommend a site visit to confirm access, power, rigging points, and logistics.
WILL EVERYTHING BE TESTED BEFORE THE EVENT?
Yes. We allow time for setup, testing, and rehearsals to ensure everything runs smoothly.
CAN YOU WORK WITHIN OUR BUDGET?
We’ll always aim to align with your budget while maintaining quality. If needed, we can suggest alternative setups to optimise cost.
